Both Fred and Rowena Cook have extensive experience and expertise working with all types of horses from the various equestrain disciplines whether it be ground training, backing, schooling and jumping young horses or re-schooling and corrective training for older horses. Over recent years more and more horses off the track have benefited from their retraining and progressive schooling programmes, subsequently taking up new lives hunting, show jumping, eventing, dressage etc.

Peter has over 30 years experience working with racehorses as a jockey, and spending time abroad. He now runs a successful livery yard outside Newmarket with his wife Sarah. He is also a panel show judge which is how he first started TARRA.

Shaun has 20 years experience working with racehorses as jockey, head lad, assistant trainer. He runs a successful riding school and retrains horses for any discipline.
Shelley Perham

Shelley Perham was an amateur jockey for Richard Hannon, and ran racing syndicates for Kennet Valley Thoroughbreds at Highclere. She is a SHB of GB Panel judge and competes in showing at the top level having won the Horse of the Year Show Hunter title three times (2004, 2005 and 2007) and the Supreme Title in 2005. Shelley runs a private yard in Lambourn together with ex National Hunt jockey Jonathan Leech, and can provide advice, retraining and lessons.
Millie Tonks

British Eventing Acting trainer and on the coaching development scheme, Millie has retrained an ex-racehorse to 4 star level and a TB to 2 star level.
Millie was head girl to National Hunt trainer, Bob Buckler for four years and helped him train a horse for the sporting index race at Cheltenham. She has ridden in point-to-points and has recently been coaching a point-to-pointer for dressage training.
At present she has several horses doing pure dressage but her main discipline is eventing.
