Retrained Racehorse Challenge
The RoR Showing Series’ are for everyone - amateur and professional alike. Four separate competitions are run all over the country, throughout the year. |

Overview
In the Retrained Racehorse Challenge, the thoroughbreds are asked to jump a small course of up to 2’ 9’’ mixed fences.
They are then asked to do a show and then the conformation of the horse is judged. 80% of the marks are for the jumping performance and show performance with 20% marks for conformation.
In these classes, the judges will forgive racing injuries as the emphasis of this class is on the retraining of the former racehorse. Horses must have raced or been in training, and be registered with RoR.
The qualifiers are nationwide with a final at the National Hunter Championship show at Addington, Buckinghamshire on 3rd September 2008. Judges will be from the RoR panel.
