Retraining of Racehorses (RoR) will be holding it’s first ever RoR Showcase on Saturday 3rd November 2018 at Aintree Equestrian Centre in Liverpool. An inspirational training and educational event designed by RoR to highlight the talent and transition of thoroughbred racehorses to their second careers, the day is for anyone interested in former racehorses or considering having one, from grassroots to elite level.
Visitors to the new RoR Showcase, which is supported by The Racing Foundation, will have the chance to enjoy live demonstrations and clinics featuring over 20 former racehorses, as well as a wide range of up-close demos, in and around two Arenas. Showing, dressage, jumping, eventing, endurance, natural horsemanship, western riding, long lining, and horseball will all be showcased.

In addition, there will be an Ask The Experts Lounge where visitors will have the opportunity to ask one-to-one questions and gather more tips and advice from all the experts.
Trade and information stands include British Dressage, British Eventing, British Showjumping, British Horse Society, and the RoR Source a Horse team and exhibition van will be on-hand for visitors to find out more about buying and owning a former racehorse.
The day runs from 9am to 5pm and will culminate with the RoR Grand Showcase finale featuring all of the day’s retrained horses including the 2014 Grand National winner Pineau De Re and former Royal Ascot winner Namibian.
