A great deal of time, effort and money goes into the retraining and rehoming of racehorses. RoR provide support to Retraining Centres and you can help by donating. You can make a difference to a racehorse after they retire from racing.

Here are some examples of how your donation can help

We accept online donations using any of the credit/debit cards shown below (plus many more). We use Stripe as our online purchasing provider, which ensures your details are kept secure.

If you regularly make purchases from Amazon if you shop via the smile.amazon.co.uk link Amazon will donate 0.5% of the net purchase price (excluding VAT, returns and shipping fees) of your eligible purchases. It might not seem like much but it all adds up! Just select Retraining of Racehorses as you chosen charity and shop as normal at no extra cost to you.

Similarly if you are selling any items on eBay, RoR is now registered with a PayPal Giving Fund and you can opt to donate a percentage of the sale price to RoR. Again just select Retraining of Racehorses from the charity link when adding your sale item.

Gift Aid

If you pay UK Tax, Gift Aid is a scheme by which you can give a sum of money to charity and the charity is able to reclaim from the Inland Revenue the basic rate of tax on your gift. This means that your donation is worth more. Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, RoR receive an extra 25 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further.
