Jo Aston is an experienced rider and coach, with a training career spanning over three decades.

She has represented Great Britain in the sport of Eventing and has trained with some of the best coaches in the world including Lucinda Green, Captain Mark Phillips, Yogi Breisner, Pammy Hutton, and Rowland Fernyhough.

Jo is currently on the First4Sport Level3 National coaches program.

Her coaching style encourages riders of all levels, concentrating on understanding horses, and developing a confident partnership.

Having worked with thoroughbreds both in and out of training, Jo has a deep appreciation of their unique needs and requirements for retraining into other careers
