Training Mechanical Horse Simulator Sessions

RoR subsidised training at Brackenhurst Equestrian Centre on the mechanical horse, with resident coach Cath Hale BHSAPC - time to give us riders a workout instead of the horses!

Develop your own rider fitness, core strength, as well as assessing and improving your balance and symmetry using the experienced resident coach as well as recording and viewing technology within the room.
Normal riding equipment to be worn including hat, boots etc.
