Julie Frizzell founded Dressage Coaching UK in 2006 with the aim of providing professional coaching and development to those who ride, and maybe compete, for pleasure. Since then she has trained several hundred combinations to success, whether that be a personal goal or competing at a national championship. Combining almost 3 decades of a strong professional background (she is a retired RAF Wing Commander), private business, leadership and executive coaching consultancy, with a knack for being able to get the best out of horse and rider.
