Individual 30 min sessions Working on maintaining a rhythm and increasing horse and rider confidence over fences and offers a great way for riders to work on their position and balance over jumps.

Sarah is a producer of horses from grassroots to showjumping and eventing including successfully reschooling ex-racehorses into both disciplines. Also an Equestrian Coach and qualified Life & Mindset coach she understands all too well the struggles surrounding confidence and self belief and incorporates techniques to help improve these into her training sessions with riders. Owner of multiple horses including an ex-racehorse and dog mum, Sarah set up her livery and horse training business in Northamptonshire in 2018 followed by gaining her mindset coaching qualifications in 2021 and has a passion for helping horses and riders progress and hit their goals in and out of the saddle.
