Training RoR South East - Forest Edge Norfolk Two Day Camp with Tony Clarke BHSII, Emily Lochore and Clare Chamberlayne BHSI

Full payment includes the following:

2 nights stabling

x4 group lessons with Accredited BHS Coaches - choice of training sessions in; dressage, show jumping polework and gridwork, showjumping course jumping, cross country,

mechanical horse sessions - 20 mins private

opportunity to ride out into the local forest and surrounding areas and go hacking for miles

food for campers from Thursday evening to Friday departure time (no evening meal Friday) - does not include alcohol

evening activities Wednesday and Thursday evenings

pitch for tent or parking space for lorry.

Payment does not include:

Shavings, haylage, hook up - once you have booked your place on the camp you will be sent a link to book this direct with Forest Edge arena.

If you book this direct with FE then it will be placed outside your pre-allocated stable ready for you to put in on arrival - thereby saving you the hassle of packing and transporting it.

You are welcome to bring your own hay or haylage, or your own bedding, but you can only use shavings, FE does NOT permit the use of straw or paper.

If you wish to stay on site but not in your own lorry or tent you are welcome to book a space in one of the charming lodges. Booking for this will be direct with FE on the link provided. Places in these lodges are extremely limited and are available on a strictly first come first served basis.

Once you have booked your space on the camp you will be e mailed separately with a questionnaire to complete to enable your group allocations and to sort your stabling.

Coaches are:

Tony Clark BHSII, International Show Jumper and Event Rider,

Emily Lochore BHSAI, 5* International Event rider,

Clare Chamberlayne BHSI, 5* international event rider,

Mechanical horse sessions will be provided separately.

Within one month of camp refunds will only be possible if your place can be filled. No refunds will be offered for your deposit if you have not paid the full amount by 1st July 2024.

A waiting list will be held and spaces will be offered up to those on the waiting list if you have not paid in full by 1st July 2024.

If you are bringing helpers / supporters then you will be able to book food for them via the separate group, nearer the time. If they are wanting food this must be booked in advance.

Only children over the age of 15 will be permitted to attend either mounted or in support. All children between the ages of 15 & 18 attend at their parents risk and must never be left on site unaccompanied. If you are bringing a teenager who are asked to be aware that there may be alcohol on site and consumed by other adult attendees, the guardian adult is responsible for anyone under the age of 18 in this regard.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be on a lead at all times without question. Any dog found off a lead will incur a fine of £5 every time which will be given to RoR as a donation.
