Trustee Board
The RoR Trustee Board is responsible for the good governance of the charity.
The Board aims to promote high standards of governance throughout RoR ensuring that the charity is run in a way that is accountable, legal, responsible and effective and is aligned with the principles of the new Charity Governance Code. The Board also sets the long term direction of the charity in accordance with the objectives set out in the charity’s governing document and ensures that its policies and activities meet those objectives.
