Entries open for RoR Goffs UK National Championships
Entries are now open for the 2018 running of the RoR Goffs UK National Championships held at Aintree Equestrian Centre. The event runs from Tuesday 21st August through to Sunday 26th August.
Launched in 2015, the RoR National Championships are this year generously sponsored by leading bloodstock auctioneers, Goffs UK. The event brings together the best former racehorses from all over the UK and has established itself as a showpiece in the calendar for horses that are thriving in their new career.
The six-day extravaganza at Aintree has something for everyone and includes Series Finals, jumping, fun classes and of course, the Glamour Stakes.
There are 90 classes in total, starting with three days of dressage, followed by a range of classes going into the weekend, culminating with the crowning of the Supreme Champion in showing on Sunday evening. The Supreme Champion in 2017 was Wild West, ridden by Lizzie Harris.
